For Wiki Beginners

Don't worry. This is easy. Here is a useful tutorial for you to get started.

Step 1: You'll have to make an account to edit this wiki. You can click at the login/register link at the top right corner of the page or you may click here. Please use your real name and email address. Moderators may block your account if you do not follow this.

Step 2: Verify your email address.

Step 3: Login and start editing pages. For any page that you are allowed to edit, you may click the edit button on the top right of the frame and start editing the content. Each page has a discussion tab on the upper left of the frame. This is a good place to go for discussions regarding the content of the page.

Step 4: Sit back and let your edits be useful to someone else. You can choose to 'watch' particular pages and you will be intimated if someone edits that page.

General Layout

This wiki is divided into different pages that hold the the summarized versions of different FRB theories. The Template:FRBTableTemplate is used to setup the one row table at the top of each theory description page in a format that allows all the FRB models to be summarized in a giant table on the main page.

To create a new model description, start a new page (see the wikipedia tutorial above), then use the 'Select boilerplate' box to choose the 'New FRB Model' boilerplate text and hit 'Load'. Then follow the template of the new FRB boilerplate to create your own new FRB model.
